What is Matrix Reliability Scale? How it works?
Two separate scales are provided online with four Quality & Matrix reliability choices respectively. Customers can select their requirement in the scale provided and accordingly the supplies shall be made and the prices are fixed based on the combination of your selection.
What are all the levels offered in Quality Reliability Scale?
  • Super A Grade Quality (Max).
  • A Grade Quality .
  • AB Grade Quality.
  • Mix Quality (Min).
What are all the levels offered in Matrix Reliability Scale?
  • All Ordered Powers, Quantity tolerance on running Powers +/- 10% (Max).
  • All Ordered Powers, Quantity tolerance on running Powers +/- 20%.
  • 90% Ordered Powers, Quantity tolerance on running Powers +/- 35%.
  • 80% Ordered Powers, Quantity tolerance on running Powers +/- 50% (Min).
What is the process being followed in delivering the committed quality & matrix?
The products being imported are 100% checked manually at our Goa Factory and segregated based on quality & Power. The checked products are repacked by a “non contact packing machine”. The automatic packing machine do have lensometer which shall check the power and print the same on the envelope which means the lenses shall be delivered as per the committed quality. Our Experienced team shall pick materials based on Customer Order and despatch. Hence deliver the product with confidence.
Do GKB Supply the non-ordered power?
No. Only the ordered powers will be supplied.

Do Customers need to pay extra for getting the product in their brand?
No. Customers shall be offered product at the same price. Customers need to deposit Rs.1 lac which shall be refundable immediately after the order volume reaches 1 lac pieces in the said brand. GKB team shall brief you in this regard.
What is Loyalty Point? How it will benefit Customers?
    Loyalty Points are the benefits offered to all of the Customers for every of their transaction. Benefits are offered equal to 4% of the Customer’s transaction value. The Loyalty points in multiples of 4000 points can be redeemed for
  • An attractive discount of 10% on the negotiated price for Rx lens business with GKB Hi-Tech.
  • Maintaining the price for a minimum period of 3 months with the selected quality & matrix supplies

How is the price?
Price is highly competitive if compared with same level of Quality / Matrix supplies. Check with GKB team / online portal / mobile app to believe.
Do Retailers also will be offered the same price?
No. GKB Mart shall not do business directly with any individual retailers. Any such enquiries shall be re-directed to our Customers who are primarily Wholesalers and Re-sellers of Optical Lens.
